        Pep Boys in fort Myers was horrible. Waited over 4 hours for a simple oil change. Worker at service counter was rude and had a attitude because I expected the work to be done at a more reasonable pace. They didn't care. I would never go back. Don't waste your time or money.

        I purchase the hazard road service when I bought 4 tires. I was in the fort myers area. One of my tire was punctured by a nail. I stop at the pep boys in 4797 S Cleveland AVE FT Myers to repair the tire and the shop manager refused to repair the tire unless I had had an appointment. The manager said they could not fix the tire unless I had an appointment. What is the purpose for the road hazard? Not to get the service and in top of that its not the client problem if they are short of personal. I will make sure I close my account and not recommend this place. That is very suck services.

        The Fort Myers location SPEED SHOP Manager demonstrates the definition of "good service". When my 2000 EFI plastic intake manifold on cracked, I opted for an aluminum performance upgrade. It took about a week to realize that I was not current on the EFI plumbing, connectors, couplings, AN hoses, and much more. The SPEED SHOP Manager patiently educated this customer in SO MANY WAYS, provided parts that I didn't even plan on, while always keeping the safty of the high pressure fuel system (rails, connectors, pump, injectors) and much more. THANK YOU THANK YOU Pep Boys for employing actual EXPERTS in your SPEED SHOP.
