        Wellington Properties manager Syble Johnson is extremely unethical and will lie to you to get you to sign anything. Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company, they lied to me stating when applying that only a soft pull would be done to my credit, however they did a hard pull and now it is on my credit report for many years. With the recent activity you might want to think twice about handing over any personal information which might lead you to be susceptible to identity theft due to her lack of responsibility. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!
