Ordered a TV on Black Friday when I found a deal and did not go to Best Buy.

Day later notified by OJ Commerce they were not able to ship on time and cancelled the order.

That was followed up with an email from Walmart.com informing me the order I placed through them was cancelled by OJ Commerce because "Customer Changed Mind".

Walmart later sent another email stating the cancellation was due to a "Pricing Error". I might understand a "Pricing Error" on 1 item, but, reading other reviews on TrustPilot/com, this "Pricing Error" apparently involved numerous items from TVs, to cameras to tables to who knows what else.

Still waiting on refund, my credit line was placed on "Hold / Pending" by my credit card issuer thus not able to buy a TV elsewhere either.

OJ Commerce is a foreign LLC first registered in Delaware in 2010. Current address is in Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are filing complaints with MN and FL Attorney General Offices, FL BBB, US ICC, US FTC and US Consumer Protection Agency.

We have found complaints about this company related to purchases on Walmart.com and Amazon.com as well.
