Mr. Menditto helped me so much through my case. I made a mistake and all I can say is, he helped me get through it, and I am really grateful. I hired Phillip because a friend had used him and he said I could trust him and he would handle my case well. My friend had very good luck with attorney Menditto and so did I. He acted so fast, right after our first meeting- they kept in touch with me, explained what was happening... and I don't know how he did it, but he got my case dismissed! VERY VERY VERY RUDE !!!! He started off so nice but once he got the money I heard less and less for him. And he treats his assistant like a dog, talks to her any kind of way and always has her lying for him. Totally could've saved my money and fought the case alone.

I hired Phillip to help me with a traffic infraction and he got me into court and found "not guilty" so quickly. My insurance rates didn't go up and for that I can't thank him enough. He is a very professional and courteous lawyer who was always available for me.
