        Overall

        Worse restaurant ever. This was our first stop to start off our vacation. We had a party of 6. It was around 4pm so the restaurant was pretty slow. We sat ourselves but there were no menus. After about 5 minutes, a waitress finally approached us and handed us menus. 5 minutes later, a different waitress came and took our drink orders. We ordered and everything seemed to be ok.

        A couple arrived about 20minutes after us. They were helped right away. And surprisingly, they received their appetizer before us. We ordered the same appetizer. My friend asked if our appetizer was ready. The waitress answered “It should be out shortly.”

        We waited another 20minutes. The other couple received their main course. We still have not received our appetizer. I then asked our waitress, “Will our food be coming out soon?” Our waitress replied, “Look, they have 2 people. You guys have 6 people. Of course their food will come out first.” Our reply, “ok”.

        After we finally received our food, we did not receive any silverware. We tried to look for our waitress but she was nowhere to be found. My friend found some silverware so we were able to finally eat our food. Our waitress never came back until she asked the other couple if they needed anything else. As she walked away, I waved her down to ask for drink refills.

        When we received the bill, we chose to give her a $5 tip due to their poor service. When we walked out, our waitress and her manager RAN after us asking how our meal was. My friend replied, “everything was fine.” He then asked. “Ok. How was the service?” We replied, “Horrible!”. Then I explained everything that happened. He didn’t look surprise and simply said, “ok thank you.” The waitress said gave us great service and didn’t understand why were didn’t tip her the suggested tip amount. She was lucky to even receive $5 in my opinion.

        This restaurant needs better service and better food. Don’t waste your money or your time. Our 1hr dinner turned into 2hours due to poor service. I will NEVER go there again. Rude and unprofessional.

        ok

        Clean basic room with kitchenette. The shower pressure was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The high speed internet was AWFUL.
