        Horrible!!!!!!! i made an appo...

        Horrible!!!!!!! i made an appointment with them between 9am-12pm on a Tuesday to have my washer repaired. I called into work to have them come. The day of, i called them at 12:30 to see where they were. A service rep told me that they didn't know where the repair tech was and they would call me back. The repair tech called me and apparently he scheduled me for Wednesday between 9am-12pm.

        I rescheduled for Wednesday between 9am-12pm. The tech called me at 12:08 to say he was running late and was on his way and will be here in 45min. Needless to say i called the back at 1: 54 to cancel my apt. The service rep had no idea where the tech was.

        I find this company t be chaotic, unorganized, careless.

        They tried to offer a "free" initial visit and guarantee that the rep will come today. However, if this is how they treat a new customer i am not interested in any future business with them
