I had the worst service ever. I have been paying for furniture for my mother and had an agreement to be called when taking each payment in order to make the decision to pay it off or just make the usual payment.The accounts manager basically told me that i was stupid for setting auto pay and have them call me . That's the reason for auto pay so they won't have to call me. I am educated and do understand English. Instead of him understanding my reasoning for the agreement that I set up with general manager he proceeded to belittle ma and got upset with me when I told him I don't have time for this and how he was not the person I originally spoke with when I set up the account.Long story short I am a paying customer on time and surprisingly paying the higher amount monthly payment.I don't fell that me being the customer who pays and never had any complaints before am very upset. I gave the general manager my reasons why and he nor the other associates had any problems with that agreement than why should he? They don't have problems with calling for the money then why have a problem with the way I make my payments as long as it's paid I don't understand the issue. Just wanted to let people know what kind of people work at the aaron's on Jonesboro Rd in Forest Park Ga. I guess it's too much of a nuisance for them to call if their not hounding you for money...... I won't do any more business with them again........!!!!!!!
