The class are super action packed and the instructors very friendly as well. there is ample parking in this location and easy to access from the main street on Cherry. The facility is TOP notch and CLEAN.

Claycomb Academy has a very convenient class schedule as well and they focus on age specific groups for each group of students. You won't find 5 year olds training with anyone more than 2 years apart.. I have see some places who offer kids classes and the range of ages is as much as 10 years in one class.

The adult classes are also intense and what is nice about their training is that their Karate is EFFECTIVE for realistic combat and Self defense scenarios. They focus on what works in reality.

My son and I have been here about a year and have really enjoyed our time here. The facility is well thought out in its layout, with all the pads and bags needed for real work. The training floor is spacious and welcoming.

The classes are exciting and challenging with lots of variety in the lesson plans each week.

The kids classes also offer mat chats and fun activities each lesson.

My family and I have always felt at home here. From day one my experience has been very positive, with higher ranks always willing to help, and some really great, progressive, and applicable teaching from the head instructors.

The curiculum offered gives a well rounded, multi faceted education in the many things that Karate has to offer, with practical application for self defense, grappling, and even traditional weapons.
