Horrible!! My fog lights were ripped off my Jeep! One was missing and the other was dangling. The guy told me one was already missing and speak to the owner. I told him to go find it and the owner went inside the car wash, got it and brought it back to me. When I asked about the one that was dangling from the front of my Jeep, he ripped it off and gave it to me. He said " this is your problem, these are not factory"and walked away. Terrible man and terrible car wash.

My father went to this place yesterday and the front license plate was ripped off. He spoke to the rude manager and they refused to do anything about it. Now he has a damaged front bumper because of this negligence.

Absolutely the worst experience and customer service I've ever seen from a business. ... the workers at the end of the car wash and lady at register very nice but the foreign manager who vacuum the car and over charges you is the worst. Ignorant rude dishonest .. I paid 32 dollars for a car wash and my wheels which I could literally wipe with finger clean are covered in dirt and never touched (the job the manager personally does) I would pay double somewhere else then to ever go back for even a free car wash..... I high recommend never going there

In their defense my car was disgusting, however 95 percent clean Isn't good enough. They charged me an extra nine dollars because the car was so bad, but didn't quite finish the job. They were polite and mostly efficient.

Do not use this place ... They are rude and never helpful ... They actually one time I had seen then kick the car to get it in the tire rack...

Talking bad about American people.

Then he tried to push my car inthe

Middle of mcdade blvd.. Then my

Daughter was still crying so I just

Left. I really did I had refrain myself

From that situation and just leave

I had to be the better person
