Sbarkles

Oh, I love this business! Sophia and I go here once a month at least - I love the tubs - she walks right up the ramp and into the tub - no bending over for me! They provide all the great shampoos, conditioners, hair dryers, towels and many different brands of all natural organic food.

I buy all my premium dog food from Sbarkles. John and Bob are very personable and always very helpful. They have given me samples of different foods for my dogs to try. They are always very friendly and I would recommend this store to anyone. I like supporting our Folsom business.

This place has really changed. Maybe they were always self-motivated but they did not show their colors. When they were first opened, they were more helpful and attentive. Lately, they give you about 5 minutes at most. Less if it looks like you will not buy anything. John is nicer but Bob is sarcastic and wears his feelings on his sleeve. I have heard him make nasty comments or comments under his breath about customers and clients. I think this is unprofessional.



If you buy something, be careful. They do not take anything back unlike Elliotts that sells Solid Gold, Petco that sells most of the brands that Sbarkles sells, and Whole Foods that sells some of the same products that Sbarkles does. If they don't have a return policy, they should provide samples for their products so you can try it out.

Hi - I'm Baley, a spoiled red-headed golden retriever, and a customer at Sbarkles. I love getting my bath here! They give me freeze dried salmon as a treat and are very nice to my mom as well. I give it three woofs and my mom gives it five stars!
