Pizza Hut

We live outside of the delivery zone but often get carryout. Service is always friendly and I've never had to wait for food. If you order something and it qualifies for a special the cashier will tell you so you could get wings or a soda too for a cheaper price.All though I've never eaten inside the carryout is great.

So, we have had more than one bad experience at this location, but tonight was the worst experience we've ever had getting food ANYWHERE! As I'm sure you all know, throughout a lot of our area, there are major power outages after Hurricane Sandy. Because of this, the few places that are opened with power have been very busy. I understand this. Being busy, however, does not excuse an employee in the customer service field screaming at a customer and flipping her off. They were out of pretty much everything except medium pizzas, wings & bread sticks, so this is what we ordered. Manager Daniel, or "Dan" as his name tag said was on the register. We ordered a medium cheese pizza, an order of bread sticks, a 2-liter, and two orders of wings. One order was boneless honey bbq and the other was regular "bone-in" buffalo wings, both with blue cheese. We had to keep repeating our order over and over and over. At this time, we were the only customers there, other than two tables in the dining room. We were overcharged for our wings, which wasn't a huge deal, but it definitely added to what came next. My fiance went into the bathroom while we were waiting, and while he was in there, we got our order. I started checking our food, and the first thing I checked was wrong. The buffalo wings were boneless. Fine, whatever, I figured I would just let "Dan" know so that it would be corrected. I told him, and at first he just stared at me. I told him again, the wings were supposed to be normal wings with a bone. Dan proceeded then to argue with me. He started saying that my fiance told him boneless, which he did not. He kept arguing with me, which eventually became him yelling at me. He repeated something for the third time about most orders taking an hour and a half throughout the day and I said "Yes, I know. You've already "F-ing" said that like three times!" Then he told me that he wasn't going to have the wings corrected (which was already apparent to me when he just kept arguing) and that I can call and make a complaint if I wanted. He wouldn't give me a number to get in contact with the store's GM or any number for that matter, but kept telling me to "call and make a complaint!" Then he flipped me off and walked away so I said "Oh really?! Well "F" you too!" Then my fiance came out of the bathroom and I was almost in tears over the situation. I told him that "manager Dan" flipped me off and my fiance started asking the guy(Dan) what the hell was going on. Then "manager dan" started threatening to call the police on us! A mounty or whatever("policeman" in green) came in to pick up an order for himself and was telling us to leave.... He wouldn't let us explain to him what was going on, he just told us to leave.... We got home and realized we were overcharged for our wings and did not get our celery or blue cheese...
