CiCi's Pizza

when I was working there I saw roaches while I was a bus boy they apparently don't stay as clean as they say they are and didn't get a break until my last day I worked there and the owner was always rude and would disappear when it was busy

I'm was extremely disappointed when I went to the Cicis Pizza in Flowood,MS #627. The owner/manager was so rude and nasty to me I almost walked out of the store! I had invited some of my closest friends to come try out Cicis with me, when we got there I had a coupon for a buy one get one free that I bought from a fundraiser a while back. It had no expiration date nor restrictions on locations. The cashier lady asked her manager if I could use it and he said no, I asked why and he said bc he didn't make that coupon and he was the owner and could deny anything he wanted. I was so appalled at his ignorance and rude behavior. The bathrooms reeked of urine and were EXTREMELY dirty. They're were dirty tables full of food everywhere so much so that it was hard finding a place to sit. Not sure if I'll ever eat there again!!!

For the price that you pay for the buffet its ok. I really appreciated that if a pizza wasn't on the buffet could have it made to order. The cashier almost made me change my mind about eating because she wasn't listening to the amount of people that I was trying to pay for and she became arugumentive. I really however did enjoy the salad and soup bar. The overall atmosphere was nice and it was very clean as well. My favorite pizza was the barbeque pizza. The children were overall happy and it was an added bonus that they could go to the gameroom.
