        Too bad Zero Stars Is not an option.

        I have had too many bad experiences at this location. They have things in the store that they never have in stock. I was ready to spend $4,000 on a new TV that they didn't have. I was not even interested in the TV they were selling me on. Then after the sales guy convinced me on the one he thought i should get he passed me off to another guy. I got my credit card out to pay and oh we do not have it and you can not order it. No rain check not sorry. All the BEST BUY Employee said when I asked what he could do for me was that he could sell me a $8000 TV while he was laughing. 3 months later I went back to get a new camera again not in stock. This time though the employee really tried to tell me it was my fault cause I came in 3 week after christmas. Why can't people take any pride i what they do and do there jobs. Do not sell stuff you do not have. It should be there jobs to know what they have and what they do not have. Especially if that is the career choice you have chosen to work at best buy.
