Amenities

Locker Room After a long workout, you'll be happy to treat yourself to our spacious, temperature-controlled locker rooms. Each has a whirlpool, sauna and steam room complete with a lounge area that includes televisions and courtesy phones. Both locker rooms also include shower stalls, private changing areas, hair dryers and toiletries. Lockers are equipped with computerized locks (no need to worry about bringing your own lock). We also offer towel service with bath and sweat towels, free of charge. In addition to the adult locker rooms, MHFC provides a family locker room you can use when you have someone of the opposite sex with you who requires special assistance or an opposite sex child over the age of five. FitLinxx FitLinxx is a computerized exercise tracking system that attaches directly to fitness equipment and coaches users individually to track their progress over time. Pro Shop The Pro Shop carries a wide variety of apparel and accessories for the many activities and programs that the McLeod Health and Fitness Center provides. Whatever you need to complete your fitness experience, we can help you find. Indoor and Outdoor Track The indoor track of McLeod Health and Fitness Center is a three-lane, 1/10th mile rubberized track. Circling the exterior of our facility is a 6/10th mile, asphalt walking and running track lit for your safety. The Happy Heart Grill We offer healthy fare, low-fat specialties and protein smoothies to complete your total exercise experience. Whether you enjoy delicious baked goods for breakfast, a light sandwich for lunch, or a delicious entree for dinner, you will find The Happy Heart Grill at McLeod Health and Fitness Center an enjoyable and tasty aspect of your membership. And if you're in a hurry, allow us to prepare your special order items to go. Give us a call from the locker room and your food will be ready to go when you are.
