        Overall

        We had two trailer tires blow in a twenty mile stretch. Had the spare and borrowed another just to make it off the highway. Sunday and nothing was open until we saw Pep Boys! Moderately busy but Tim helped us get back on the road with great service and pricing. We are out of state but would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely the bright spot on a bad day. Thank you Tim and crew.

        Overall

        I needed an oil change and was helped by Adam. Of course when he told me I needed a few other things I figured he was up selling me. Well if he was I was ok with it lol he took the time to explain things and made me feel at ease and with no pressure. Great experience thanks to Adam

        Worst auto parts store ever!!!!

        They let me wait at the service desk for around a half hour while they tried to sell a young hottie all kinds of unneeded service extras. When it was finally my turn,I told them the size tires I was needing and that I wanted to purchase them "carry out",meaning I would mount them myself. They said they had a pair in stock. The sales rep went to get them and says he was having trouble finding them. This goes on for about another 15 minutes. He finally returns with the manager and the manager tells me "Oh, we have a pair but we can't sell them to you, they're for someone else." The sales guy is like "Can we order them for you?" NO, I"M OUT OF HERE!!!!!! With service like this I really don't understand how they keep the doors open. Do yourself a favor and go to Tire Discounters if you need tires!
