Sonic Drive-In

Small milkshakes overpriced. Chocolate without chocolate....will go elsewhere next time

I have tried numerous times to eat here on my 1 hour lunch. Minimum waiting time is 30 minutes in the drive thru. Then if u don't get mad and drive off, and actually get to the window, you'll sit there another 8 to 10 minutes. Its ridiculous! Then my order is wrong?! You had enough time to catch, kill and process the cow to make my Burger!

I have never in my 45 years of life been to a slower Sonic than this one. All I ever get is vanilla Dr Pepper. Tonight I waited 20 minutes for one and still didn't get it. I finally left. I understand about staffing and labor costs, but give me a break. I managed a restaurant in Arkansas for years and if it took any of my employees that long to make a drink, they would be fired on the spot. Ridiculous. I go to that one because it is only 2 miles from my house. Rest assured I will drive 10 miles to the store in Muscle Shoals to get better, faster service. You have lost a customer. If this would let me give anything less than 1 star I would!
