General Info: Shoals Women's Clinic has been serving clients in the Shoals area for 18 years. All of our services are provided free to the public and client information will remain confidential. We do schedule clients by appointments, but walk-ins are welcome. We offer free pregnancy testing, free ultrasounds, free STD testing and sexual health information.
Services/Products: We offer free pregnancy testing, pregnancy education, abortion education & alternatives, education on prenatal development, adoption information and referrals, post-abortion counseling, confidential peer counseling and emotional support, free ultrasounds with trained medical personnel, free STD testing (Chlamydia &Gonorrhea), referrals for community services & Preparing for Baby: Classes designed to walk the client though each trimester of pregnancy by providing comprehensive information and material resources.
