I love Nu Way vape the people are very nice and very helpful. I give 5 stars to the beautiful ladies. And I don't know the owners name but y'all are wonderful when I walk in the door I feel right at home. Thank y'all all and GOD BLESS!

The employee's are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you understand their products. As far as price you get what you pay for if you want cheep product go somewhere else if you want good quality product and friendly environment go to Nu Way Vape. Thanks for making me fee welcome and helping with choosing the product that is right for me.

This shop must be using some of the money they rob people with to pay folks to come and write good reviews for them. They don't deserve a single star. EXTREMELY overpriced, EXTREMELY rude, EXTREMELY unhelpful, and the juice? Extremely bad. The young-ish brunette was a b%$#* to me for no reason at all, and the men that work there are arrogant and aren't as knowledgeable as they would like to consider themselves. Also when you don't listen to the folks like me and you go and purchase one of their unauthentic & defected products, they will not exchange it or help you with it, they will talk down to you like it was your fault (although you may be more educated than the salesperson) and try convincing you to purchase something else. Save some money and spend it wisely by going to NAV or Kaliedoscope, as you will get your moneys worth and you will receive proper treatment in the process. 0/5 stars cause you guys are a joke.

Worst ever vape store its horrible hateful rude ppl its a joke

RUDE, I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN THIER STORE AND THEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A MVP [ WHICH I HAD BOUGHT TWO FROM THEM} THEY DID NOT EVEV WANT TO EXCHANGE IT. AFTER LOOKING AROUND I HAVE ALSO FOUND OUT THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED. THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN ME USED COILS THEY HAD REBUILT, HONESTLY I BELIEVE THEY ARE CHEATS.. I SUGEST NORTH ALABAMA VAPE. THERE IS ONE ON AVALON AVE IN MUSCLE SHOALS AND THERE IS ONE IN FLORENCE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME AND THIER PRICES ARE WAY CHEAPER FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS THAT NU WAY SELLS. ALSO THEIR JUICES ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER AND THEY WILL EVEN ADD YOU EXTRA FLAVOR ON THEIR HOUSE JUICES..I JUST BELIEVE IN HONESTY AND BEING NICE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS. NU WAY VAPE REALLY LET ME DOWN, I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. NU WAY IS VERY NICE WHEN YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY BUT THEN TRY RETURNING SOMETHING AND THEY ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY DAVID MSC STORES MANAGER.

I purchased a vape pen from this place at 8pm on a Wednesday. It was leaking out of both ends by 8:30. I brought it in the next day, a pleasant staff member thought he fixed it. 20 minutes later it fell apart. Brought it back in, I was referred to the boss, who pointed to a post-it note stating you cannot smoke menthol in it. Therefore, it's my fault & either buy something else or leave. So incredibly rude. Wish I could give it 0 stars

the Nu-Way Staff is great, and have expert level knowledge, far more so than another local shop i could mention, but won't. they offer Hand crafted juice, and most that i've tried are good, and a couple over the top excellent.

doesn't matter if you are just getting into vaping, or have been vaping for years, Nu-Way is the right place for all things Vape.

They have a Polite and professional team who are EXTREMLY knowledgeable about all things "vape". They have the best prices on good, quality mods and tanks. They have the best juice I have ever tried. They are not there to "sell you" they genuinely want to help you quit smoking! I would recommend them and only them to anyone wanting to start vaping!

I love new way vape i have tryed the pills, patches, and blues nothing worked. Since my first trip to nu way i have not even wanted or had a craving for a cigarette.The staff at nu way vape is very nice and gave me all the tools i needed to quit..In my opinion the quality of service and products combine with a knowledgeable staff makes them far outdo any vape shop[ in the shoals area.and the fact that there juices are made locally makes them much more consumer specific.

Prices are outrageous, $70 for a "Generic" starter kit. A new shop opened at 7 points, North Alabama Vape, and they are half the price + have better service.



My Girlfriend bought a Ce5 Atomizer from North Alabama Vape, and that night it began to leak so we went back to the shop to tell him about it, and he REPLACED the atomizer with a BETTER (Different Brand) one, and gave her a free bottle of E-Juice for the inconvenience.

Try it because you have nothing to loose it's your life and we're getting older. I want to feel better, breath better no smoke smells, stains in the house, cars around my kids. I could go on and on try it. Try Nu Way Vape I'll give them a 10!!
