        Overall

        The team and staff here have always been very helpful. Manager went out of her way to find me product that was discontinued and have it sent to the store for me.

        Overall

        Manger at mount olive location was very rude. I went in to return a clipper. She told me I couldn't return it because it was passed the 60 day mark. I told here I have the warranty.  She said that doesn't help cause I would have to ship it to the business.  I told her the rockaway sallys takes my returns with no problems.  She then rolled her eyes and her coworker said " she is the boss so she knows what she is talking about" I then turned around and walked out w.o. both of the lady's not even saying goodbye.  Very very rude workers!
