The store's roots were based in military surplus with an ample supply of weather balloons, parachutes, military fatigues, gurneys, ammo cans and much more. Even though we continue to carry the surplus name, the store has evolved into a full-service outdoor, camping, hiking, and backpacking store.Peace Surplus has become the one stop shop in Flagstaff, Arizona for any skier, climber, hiker, hunter, river runner or outdoor enthusiast on any budget.         Overall

        This store truly does not care about their customers. I had purchased an osprey back pack online and asked if they would help heat mold the belt for a charge. They refused to do it since I had not bought the product there. In the end, I took it down the street to Babbit's who was happy to do this for me.



        I wrote Peace Surplus and expressed how upset I was about their lack of customer service and got no response at all. This is because they do not care about their customers. Please spend your money elsewhere and help run this crappy business out of town.
