Just before Halloween I was in a fender bender. The person behind me rear-ended me. My tailgate had a huge dent in it, and my bumper was tweaked. I looked around at reviews for some places and saw Latham's was the best, so I took my truck there for a quote. After the insurance company was done going back and forth from me to the other driver, I was able to take it into Latham's December 8th. I got it back on the 10th and it was SO clean inside and out! They did an awesome job! AND they were able to keep my football team's emblem I had on my tailgate!! Yay! And the customer service was great. They were so friendly and fast! I'm SOOOO happy!!! LOVE my truck!! (I got lucky with this situation; it only took a month and ten days from when the incident occurred to getting my vehicle back all fixed up.)
