3 Margaritas

This location is not deserving of the one star rating. I live in Firestore. I eat here at least four times a month, sometimes more if I'm having a busy work week and am too tired to cook. The food is always fresh and delicious and the margaritas are always stiff. My favorite meals are: Molcajete, which is a gorgeous sizzling bowl of chicken, pork, and beef served with beans, rice, and all the fixings. The Steak Jalisco, which is a beef "stir-fry" of skirt steak, fresh spinach, peppers, onions, and topped with cheese served with beans and rice. And, of course, the Ensalada Tapatia, which is a beautiful dinner-sized salad with lettuce, spinach, corn, black beans, onions, avocado, and topped with beef skirt steak in a very, very light mint dressing. Most of the meals are very large and great for sharing or to take home for tomorrow's lunch. I cannot stress hard enough how fresh the food is. You know a restaurant is good if they make excellent, fresh salads and 3 Margarita's in Firestone is no exception. As for the drinks, I personally recommend the Original Margarita. It's not like those terrible "Perfect Margaritas" served at Crapplebee's. This is a multi-pour drink served in a shaker with a tiny margarita glass. It is strong, delicious, and what I consider the perfect margarita. It's made with Sauza Hornitos 100% blue agave tequila, which isn't particularly expensive but perfect in this drink, along with Cointreau, and fresh lime juice. Give this location a try. There's a reason why it's always so busy, even on a Tuesday evening! And on Wednesdays theres a mariachi band. =) Happy eating!

Was in town for business and this was the only place I used my credit card and my information was stolen. Someone ran up charges in Firestone and Thornton CO the next day. Since this was the only place I used this card, I feel it must have happened there.

Ordered a ground beef quesadilla and got chorizo but that is not what upset me, it was that the waiter blatantly lied to me and told me that it in fact was Mexican ground beef, I did not want to make a scene but just because I cannot speak Spanish dose not mean that I cannot tell the difference between them!!!!!

I live in Firestone and have gone into this 3 Margaritas more than a few times, My experience has been poor the last 2 times. 1st time I ordered a Menudo to go and I was not asked if I wanted a pigs foot in my menudo so when I got it home I opened it and on the bottom of the large cup was a tremendous bone pig foot that took up almost all of the large cup .I complained about it and the owner/manager lady could have cared less. What happened to great customer service? 1 month later I took a friend thinking to myself Il give it another chance but my friend had a few bites and she did not like her plate,We called the owner/manager and once again she didn't care about what I had to say. She argued my point and I got more upset over the whole experience. If I was a restaurant owner I would have made it right! I would have taken it off the bill or next time its on us! That's proper customer service!!!! Im not going back ever again.
