Muffler Man

I was having a strange burning smell for under my car. I stopped by the Muffler Man Shop. I didn't have an appointment. They said they had to finish up on the car they were working on and could check it out. I waited only 25 minutes, did I mention I had no appointment? They put it on the lift. found that a bag had got stuck and melted to my car. They got it all scraped off about 15 minutes had my car back. The charge for the service...... absolutely nothing!!! He told me they had just taken new ownership with this company. I believe they have a great future. Thank you very much for your help.

Went in for a scheduled oil change. Mechanic took me vehicle to the back to perform the services needed. 10 mins later he returns and tells me everything is finished.. went home not even a ten min drive, popped open the hood and checked the oil and it was dirty. Even smelled like burnt oil . Was charged for the service but it was never performed. I highly recommend NOT!!! to take even your little red wagon to this place. Very unprofessional....I will never return....

i have had my Truck in there many times and they do a great job. They explained to me what was wrong with it and what was recommended be done. i am very pleased with the service i got and will be back there again and would send anyone there. the Manager Steve was very respectful and did what he told me he was going to do with no hidden charges,

Had my vehicle towed there after having a no start condition. I was told that it was the fuel pump the next day. Ordered and installed a new fuel pump and they said the car started and ran for 5 minutes then stopped. They claimed to do further diagnostics and said it must be an electrical problem. The next day I called them and they said that they replaced the new fuel pump saying that something else in the car caused the new fuel pump to fail. After the weekend I call and now its supposedly the cam sensor or possibly the ECU is bad. Wanted another $400 to replace the cam sensor saying it was a 5 hour job, in addition to the $600 fuel pump job... at that point I told them to shove it and had the car towed to another shop which is BBB accredited. Within an hour they diagnosed my car with having a bad distributor cap and rotor and had it running. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint against the Muffler Man shop in Findlay. The shop is shady as all get out - they threw my original fuel pump away so I have no way to have it tested. Shop manager does not call when he says he's going to. You have to call him and nag daily. They had my car for over a week and never got it running. I'd avoid the place at all costs.
