        Billing and insurance personnel do not submit claims in a timely manner. Submitted my claim after 7 months to wrong insurance company. Before receiving payment from the correct Ins. Co. they turned my account over to collections. Absolutely stay on top of the insurance billing. Better to save yourself the grief.

        Dr. James McNally is knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciate his care and concern for my well-being.The staff that takes care of billing and insurance is not attentive. They submitted my claim to the wrong insurance company after 7 months. They then sent it to the correct insurance company and demanded I pay the balance within 7 days and immediately turned me over to collections. It would be better if you had your insurance reimburse you rather than pay Kirk.
