Pipe Dreams

Wow! The place is loaded with glass .. tons of glass you will not find in one place anywhere else in Central Florida. Glass from Burley Seagan Rusty Glass to Mouth ect and the list goes on! Well over 10,000 glass pipes alone! A helpful staff that are friendly and very informative as well as cute. Hands down the best glass shop I have ever been in and the largest as well.

This place is disgusting, and the employees are unprofessional. The owner is garbage. I will never go back. I'm only doing one star because I have to do one. This place gets zero stars!!

Owner Ted is absolutely disgusting. My first visit and purchase with this store was an absolute nightmare. I purchased a glass tobacco pipe and when I got the item home the pipe was half cracked not realizing this when I picked it out. I called the very next day to see if I could get an exchange for the same item or comparable price point. Every employee I spoke to told me to speak to the owner. I finally spoke to the owner today and told him about my cracked pipe I was sold and he flat out called me a liar. He told me so many customers tell him they were sold cracked glass pipes. Also asked me if I was willing to pay a $100 lab fee to determine if the pipe had been used with illegal drugs. Now mind you the pipe I was sold was not used by me or anyone else for that matter. He made outlandish claims with no support or evidence to just be a complete jerk and I will tell everyone what a horrible experience I have had with this store. He also said something about raids so I assume he is just a shady individual all together. He also resorted to screaming at me on the phone till I had to hang up. I do not recommend this business at all. Please spend your money elsewhere. I rate their customer service a big fat zero!!!!!

This haphazard place is a JOKE! I know we live in the south, but what kind of people are managing this store? The employees who work here are inebriated, unprofessional and not helpful towards their customers. Their display of products appear to be okay at first glance, but once you really start looking at the prices compared to the value of the products, it is easy to see that shopping here is a complete rip off. Maybe if I came into this store as high as their employees do, I would buy something. But until then, I'm going to save myself some aggravation by shopping somewhere else where I will be treated better and wont be swindled
