The Cracksmith addresses homeowner concerns about their basement, foundation and other concrete areas that may be suffering from concrete shrinkage, ground movement and other disturbances. Two primary triggers for homeowners are water penetrating in through a foundation crack or an upcoming home sale where the homeowner wants to proactively resolve an issue, or needs to based on a pre-sale home inspection. The Cracksmith uses a combination of services to complete repairs including non-shrinking fast-setting cement compounds, epoxy injection, urethane injection, carbon fiber and epoxy coatings. The specifics of any particular repair will depend on the unique situation present where the concrete has failed.
