        Overall

        On April 18th 2016 I had reservations to rent a car from this site for 4 days while my car was being worked on.



        I called them MULTIPLE TIMES that morning trying to make arrangements for them to pick me up from an auto body shop...



        I just needed A RIDE! Unfortunately, I had been waiting for over 2 hours and 30 minutes for a ride. I was so frustrated that I cancelled my auto body shop work and drove my damaged car off the body shop lot to a work-related meeting I had to attend.



        I was completely disrespected and wasted many hours with this Enterprise's incompetent staff. I will never give them a single dollar of mine ever again!
