Cape Fear Valley Medical Center

I have repeatedly tried to get my perscription filled and the office and doctor are quickly blaming the insurance company. Insurance companies are easy targets but it would have been a prudent thing to look into their office procedures or fax maching. Both my insurance company and my pharmacy are telling the the Dr.s office has not sent in the authorization. It has been over a week, several phone calls and one uncomfortable visit trying to get this fixed. The pharmacy told me I should go in and get the authorization personally and take it to them. Very unnecessary.
