I was skeptical in bringing my belongings to this location because of negative reviews that I seen. I talked to the lady and gentleman that work there and they told me the new owners took over facility in 2013. The gate is fixed, they have cameras everywhere you turn that run 24/7 with night vision. I've been here about 2 years and they are awesome. They also have U-Haul rentals and I was able to move with ease.

Really nice facility!!!! New owners and a massive facelift. Everything looks like new especially the office. Wow. I rented about 4 months ago and walked in office just the other day and thought I was in the wrong place. Very professional and cameras everywhere. These guys are for real.

Great service, change in owners. New security cameras, fence,signs and office. Everything's looks nice and the people were nice. I rented a unit and stored my camper. Thumbs up.

I agree that this facility has gone through a massive renovation process in the last 2 months. It appears that new owners are on the ball and really know what they are doing. Great upgrade to the facility. I have storage there and many security upgrades that was nonexistent previously.

This week (Jan 12, 2012 was a second break-in at their facility in the last 4 months. The manager promises cameras but has not installed any he gives excuses like, the lightening took them out or the tornado, but never repairs them. The fences can easily be jumped from the roads (razor wire only goes halfway around the property). There is no locked outside doors or door codes for the climate control building. All units have a large space across the top so that anyone with a ladder can look over into the units and assess the contents. The person on duty this last time took 2 days to notify people of the theft. The phone is connected to Vonage and if the power goes out while you are in the facility, there is no way to call the emergency number to get someone to open the gate after the office is closed because the computer is offline.

My friends and my boyfriends band have units here. I called looking for the phone number of an owner. He said to me 'ma'am I'm sure you are who you say you are but I can't talk to you because your not a customer'. They have my debit card number from paying one month! We have a right to know who the owner is. They are jerks. The fee has been raised w/o notification also!!! HORRIBLE. They are shady and rude and awful.

This place is ridiculous! We moved our things into a unit and were given a decent rate which we were told would be valid for three months. After about a month and a half they raised our rates by $40. We were told that two notifications were sent to make us aware of the rate changes which we never received. The man in the office (who is especially rude and unhelpful) would not give us copies of our paperwork-including our lease and the copy of the letter we supposedly received in the mail. We requested the name and number of the owner to make him aware of the way his business was being run but we were not entitled to that either. The hours of this business are unreasonable for anyone who works-the gate is only open from 9 to 5 and the office insists on putting their own lock on your unit so you have to stop in the office before accessing your belongings. This place is simply ridiculous! Don't bother with the constant headaches of this place!!
