They are under new management since Jul 2014 and the service is excellent. Rick welcomes you and is a very nice, gentle person. The prices for my brake job and oil change were better than other places . I will definitely continue doing business with them. During the past 2 months I have taken 3 cars and the service was cordial and welcoming.

After a long dispute and threats from the store manager,MIKE, who claimed he knew how to work on mini coopers, after he quoted an initial price of $200, which turned into $500, he clearly didnt know what he was doing I took car there BC brakes service light came on. After he claimed he replaced the front pads, rotors, and sensor tw light was still on. After several unprofessional phone calls with Mike who tried get me to come get car at 8pm, the next day, I advised him I wanted my car back in condition I brought it to take it elsewhere. He told me he already threw out parts. After I said I was calling police, he hung up saying I'll see what I can do. He called 45mins later telling me come get my car. He walked outside threw my keys at me when he saw me arrive. My brakes did not work and my life was in danger as I couldn't get car stopped. I used the emergency brake to stop car. The BMW dealership stated my brake pads had been put on backwards, the front sensor was not connected correct, and rear sensor was not connected. These people at midas werent just rude and unprofessional, they put my property and life in grave danger.

Customer service isn't their number one objective. I brought my car in for an AC service and I ended up having to leave my car b/c they went fishing for a solution to a problem they ran into instead of asking me ( the owner) about the history of the car. After I had to reach out to them numerous times the following day ( no one called to update me on the status) I was able to pick my car up. After inspection of my vehicle once I got home I found that another component wasn't working that was when I brought it to them. I addressed my concern and issue and to my dismay I was blatantly told that they assumed I'd take care of that. They didn't even inform me that it wasn't working! I could have blown my motor dealing with this so called business! I was ignored and put off to the side as if my issue was of no interest to them. NEVER will I do business with this privately owned institution nor allow anyone I know to do the same.

Horrible place to go to!!!! I went for simple oil change, and they found so many problems that it would cost me nearly 100$ an hour to do that. I wasn't only one, another lady had the same problem. Workers were standing over my car , looking for something else wrong to find. I took my car to Goodyear instead and couldn't be happier! They changed the oil in less than 30 min, and I paid 25$! I suggest to everyone DO NOT GO TO MIDAS if you like your money to stay with you.

Great service all the technicians were great. I would let anyone of them work on my car. Jay woked on my car and he explained everything throughly so i knew what i was getting done to my car. GREAT SERVICE

They are not only extremely rude, they would make up any excuse to over-charge you and to not honor warranties. Horrible customer service. Loyal customers for 8 years, never coming back.

I have been using Midas for 10 years for my brake repairs. The Midas I have always used in the past went out of business. The closest one to my home was the one at

I brought in a vehicle that has had previous brake work done and had a lifetime warranty on brake pads.

This Midas in Fayetteville gave me a quote of 333.00 for new rotors and brake pads which where under warranty. So the only thing I was paying for was new rotors and labor on rotors and brake pads.

I thought the price was a little high but I trusted them. Later that day I called another Midas in Conyers Ga and asked how much for new rotors, pads, and labor and never mentioned anything about a warranty. They Midas in Conyers told me 250.00 would be your walk out price.

I was grossly overcharged for the same work at the Fayetteville Midas. I would suggest you not think like I did that all Midas are the same and check around. Also I called the Ford dealership and they were also cheaper than this location for same work by 26.00 dollars.

Midas Auto in Fayetteville, GA is the best place I have ever had car service done. Their honesty and great customer service are exceptional.
