C-K Tire & Service Center

Took my car for AC fix. (C-K Tire and Auto in Fayetteville - NEVER go there). They fixed AC all right, BUT somehow broke my Cruise Control. It was working great when I gave them the key and didn't work when I picked it up. They refused to accept any responsibility for it, or to fix it without charging us more money, even though it obviously happened on their watch. It's not a fuse or the brake light switch, (Grease Monkey on Crossover checked both, but don't feel confident or qualified enough regarding Cruise Control to have a further look).

I took my car to The Greased Pig today to have the Cruise Control diagnosed. Took their experienced mechanic two minutes to discover that the Cruise Control was unplugged. The Greased Pig mechanic had to dig to find the plug, since it is not in an obvious place, (we could certainly never have found it), and plugged it back in for me at no charge! I now have in writing that the Cruise Control was unplugged when the car came to them. (This could only have happened while my car was in the care of C-K - on their watch). One star is one too many for C-K Tire and auto center. I shall be telling all who will listen NOT to go anywhere near them. I'd advise anyone to go to The Greased Pig up there on MLK instead.

I love the family and close nit feel for C-K Tire and Service Center, the staff are all great at what they do and they always have the answers to my questions. Plus my vehicle is always ready on time.

C-K Tire has been great to work with they do a really good job. They really have taken good care of me and made sure I have gotten everything I asked for.

C-K tire service goes above and beyond their job to accommodate me. I must have recommended this place to over 40 people over the years...I've been a client for a long time.

C-K Tire & Service took care of my problem efficiently, professionally, and charged me less than anyone else I checked with in Fayetteville!

C-K has been doing a great job for me over the years. They always do a great job with the regular maintenance things and when I had something more intense that needed to be done.....they still did a great job for me!!

Came in to get a leaking tire fixed. Was charged $15 which is a great price. Paid cash, but they ruined the finish on my wheel. Not just a little scrape on the outer edge of the rim, but a huge scratch on the broad side of one spoke and a smaller scratch on another spoke. Owner's son, Beau Mills wouldn't even entertain the idea of taking responsibility or repair options. After asking what my options were he even said "Now I'm not sure I remember you being in here at all." I didn't have a receipt because I paid cash. Never mind the fact that I know one of the employees working there and even talked to him in front of Mr. Mills while they were fixing my tire. I asked Mr Mills to get the employee and he could verify I was there. Mr. Mills said, "No." This place has quite a few positive reviews and I was certain they would do a good job and treat me fairly. They did not, so beware!

Top Notch Service! And I really like the fact that I never feel like I am getting taken to cleaners. The staff is pretty nice and they take the time to explain things to you, rather than just charging you for things you don't even know about.

I appreciate the honest that the guys here at C-K offer. I think that they truly care about their customers, and making sure that they stay as customers.
