Don't plan on getting your security deposit back without legal action. Very unprofessional, dishonest, rude, threatening, constant harassment. I've lived here over 2 years with constant harassment. Refusal to fix things. Unlawful entry into premises. I've never been late on payment. If this is how you treat ideal tenants, I'd hate to see ones you don't like. Lots of bugs, refuse to spray. Other issues too. Total nightmare I would never use this group again. Anything to get a buck.

Provided by DexKnowsI highly recommend Sun West Properties. They do a great job handling any requests or repairs in a timely manner (I've only had a few over the past 3 years) and they always do a high quality job. I really feel I get good value for what I pay.

There are so many positives in living here! We don't have to pay rent until the 5th, instead of the 1st like most places...and the overall cost really isn't that bad!

Sun West Properties was always responsive for maintenance. The apartment building we lived in was always secure, safe, and quite. Great.

Provided by DexKnowsWhat a disappointment! I was a great tenant throughout the two years that I lived there. I paid my rent on time consistently and only asked for a few fixes despite the many problems. I spent two summers in a row abroad and had left the apartment empty which costs the management nothing. I only occupied the apartment on weekends in the second year which means that a very minimal amount of utilities were used. I had a very pleasant rapport with Wesley throughout my stay. Before I moved out, I cleaned and washed walls, floors, counters, refrigerator inside out nd paid the mandatory carpet cleaning which is really normally the landlord's responsibility. Despite all of these, I was charged a cleaning fee of $128.38 and those charges include vacuuming, cleaning of oven, refrigerators, baseboards, mopping, wipe down of bathroom. But the worst is the way Wesley spoke to me on phone when I asked why I was charged for these services. He raised his voice in the attempt to intimidate me while I was asking for an amicable discussion. I was even accused of splattering the door of the bedroom with make-up when I don't even wear make-up. He ended up hanging up on me after telling that I should do what I need to do. If you plan on living at Sunset House, be prepared to pay for carpet cleaning, and no matter how well you clean the apartment, you wil be charged a cleaning fee. I hope they fix the outlets in the kitchen and fix the screens in the bedroom for the next tenant to come. They sure didn't do it for me.
Overall, I love that Sun West Properties has very fine prices and costs.

Sun West is very organized when it comes to payments and switching out summer to air conditioning. They are very efficient.
My apartment is in good condition. Sun West does keep up with the air conditioning and utilities whenever I turn in a work order. Maintenance is pretty good overall.
I've only had some minor plumbing problems, but other then that, everything in my apartment is in good condition.
Sun West is a good value for your money. Only a couple of times have we had stuff break, and they came right away and fixed it. They replaced our water heater.
My residential home is nice. The managers are friendly and professional. I am very happy living here.
I have been renting Sun West Properties for over a year not. I am very satisfied with the property I live in and they really do the best they could possibly do.
The property I rent through Sun West is great. It's near my job, my church, everywhere I need to go. What's incredible too is anytime I need the Manager, he responds immediately, is courteous and professional.
