After my new car was hit in the side panel, I went to the Star Collision and they did a great job fixing it it was very accurate and Speedy I didn't recognize it had even been in a wreck after they did the repairs I would recommend them for future reference was to All of Me
With the hiring of the new GM this place has become one of the more professional places with some of the nicest employees I've ever had my car worked on. I've had wheels aligned after buying new tires from Discount tire, radiator & timing belt replaced.
Service is terrible.I had my car taken here against my better judgment as I had heard bad things about them. My sister had issues with them working on her vehicle. However they were a preferred shop for my insurance company and I live 400 miles away so my options were limited. I was given 2 different dates of completion and the final day we actually got our car was nearly a week later than the first date we were given. This kept my wife away from home that entire time. On the day of pick up I was given a time it was to be completed and sent my wife the 2 hours after the given time and it wasn't completed for another hour after that. Also while under there care a piece that was not broken upon arrival to there shop and a piece very unlikely to be damaged in the accident was some how mysteriously broken while they were driving my vehicle. I was given many excuses to try and explain away this issue and am still unsure of how it was actually damaged. I have nothing good that came from working with them. Do not take your vehicle here to get repaired.
i had issues with star coll in farmington new mexico thay called me 3 times and told me my vehicle was ready and every time it was not fixed right .the guy by the name of ryan told me that it was under warreniy and said if you dont like it bring it back it was not done right the 1- 2 or 3 time why take it back i told him i say some of his workers smokeing pot he said we are in 2015 every one smokes pot and hung up the phone on me so i do not recomend them to any one

Provided by SuperpagesTook my Hummer in for paint damage on the hood. They did a perfect job of color matching and had exceptional customer service!!! They took notice of the Vet plates and actually took the time and extended the courtesy to thank me for my service. I highly recommend them and was absolutely blown away with the quality of work, how I was treated as a customer and of course the price!! Wish I c give them 6 stars instead of 5!!!

Provided by SuperpagesStar Collision has no business doing auto repair. They did 3 thousand dollars worth of work to my car, and then told me that the problem the hole time had not been fixed. When we picked the car up the manager told us that we needed to drive the car before we had any valid reason to be upset that the problem had not been fixed. The very next day there was a metal clanking noise coming from one of my rear tires. I called to tell the mechanic that I was taking it to someone else for a second opinion, he promptly told me that it was my brakes and he had already recommended that I have them replaced, and I should just bring the car by to have him repair it. By this point the car was un drivable. when the new mechanic took the wheel off my parking break fell to pieces. Star collisions response was that I knew there was something wrong when I drove the car off... I am 7 months pregnant and they put me in a car that was worse off than before. Not to mention they used after market parts.
