Sentry Tax Group employees are the best. They went beyond the call of duty to help our issue. Daryl, Rusty, and Chad are awesome people to work with. They are very knowledgeable in the tax business. Their customer service are off the charts. Obviously, the person who had a bad experience with them didn't do their part.
Great Tax Group! Would recommend anyone dealing with either Non Profit 501c3 (Churches) who improperly issue 1099's instead of W2's to call Sentry Tax Group.
Darryl Lessere gives you the correct information straight and to the point. This gave me the option to move forward in my concerns about Tax Codes, Tax Law etc etc.

I called Sentry Tax Group in April of 2014 for assistance with an IRS problem. I spoke with Darryl who took extra time to get all the history about my situation and then made some candid suggestions on how I could approach my issue with the IRS . As a result, the IRS agent accepted my request in its entirety. Darryl followed up with me recently to make sure my problem was resolved. Thanks Darryl!
Im here to let everyone with ANY tax issues know that if you are looking for a company that will genuinely care and go to war for you on resolving your tax liabilities then you need to look NO further !! Rusty Jones and Tim Krusey have been there for me since the day I have contracted with Sentry Tax Group. Not one single time have I not been able to pick up the phone and speak with them at ANYTIME I need them !! The STG is a company that actually cares about your tax issues and is NOT a company that is looking to take your money and give you false promise like so many other companies out there !! There are not enough words to express my appreciation for what they have done and are doing for me !! No follow up took my money and did nothing. Was told by Rusty " we have more important customers than you" would not return calls or emails. Asked for refund was laughed at . Filled complaint with BBB and IRS. Save time and money DONT do business with them!

Hello Anthony, thank you for your feedback. As you know, we completed our agreement which was to produce an Offer in Compromise (OIC) and submit it to the IRS. We completed our initial engagement ( prepare the offer ) within approximately 60 days of contract and delivered the documents via USPS with delivery confirmation. Instead of signing your offer and sending it to the IRS, or responding to our numerous calls, you put this time sensitive stack of documents in a drawer and suspended your payments due to us for 6 months. We gave up. Your case was closed for failure to respond and we sent you to collections in January 2014. When you contacted us again, it was to offer us the opportunity to do another offer at no additional charge and it quickly became apparent the only way we would collect our remaining fees was if we agreed. We instructed you to submit the previously compiled package knowing that the IRS will usually respond with a letter asking for updated documents so they can move forward. They do this on virtually all submissions. They always want to see the most recent financials. The IRS responded as expected and case moved forward. You became agitated at the ( inevitable ) delays inherent in dealing with the IRS and began badgering our staff via phone and email multiple times to move faster. We were in the midst of finishing up a couple of cases with clients in dire circumstances in truly time sensitive situations so we asked for a few days so we could complete them. You were given repeated assurances from the President of the company that you would be taken care of ----along with his personal cell phone number to stay in contact. Apparently you decided you just could not wait another day and that’s OK. As of today, (August 8th, 2014), the offer we originated is pending approval at the IRS. We know this because we received a phone call asking for a teleconference to discuss it. We contacted you again and offered to finish the job. You refused and still demand a refund for work completed over a year ago and therefore non-refundable as per signed agreement. Thank you again for your feedback. I was in a very distressed state of mind when I called Sentry Tax Group. First of all, the gentleman that answered the phone was kind, empathetic and ready to get help for me ASAP! Very shortly afterwards Bernie called me and, again, made me feel that Sentry was going to be there for me. Sentry has top rate customer service - a vitally important first step ! My problem was quickly resolved but if I need a tax attorney again, I know where to go!

I check out review's on this company seen that they had excellent service, but they did nothing for me faxed them form told me he would call and let me know when he received them he did not.... then he called and wanted the state tax was unable to do that day since I was working so I faxed them the next day and had not heard nothing from him so today 5-10-13 called him he told me they were unable to do nothing becasue I had not faxed over form to them, so I informed him I had faxed these forms on 4-25-13 either to busy/overworked or did care. YOU wasted my time....Barney (or something like that when I called and asked they did not have a Barney) I have to place a mark on a star in order to print I will give them a 1 star but they don't even deserve the 1 star.....

This client called us with doubts concerning the accuracy of some of her returns that had been prepared by another company. She asked us to review her Federal returns, and we agreed to do this at no charge. Upon review, we found that the returns had, in fact, been done correctly. She then asked us to review her state returns as well. We informed her that since the federal returns were correct, the state returns should be correct as well. However, we told her that we would review the state returns, again at no charge, if she would forward those documents to us. After two weeks, we made a follow-up call and left a voicemail to see if she would be submitting those state returns. We never received a response, so we closed the case.
Call Rusty Jones. He will set you up with a tax specialist who will battle the IRS and slay State Franchise Giants in order to help you. My tax slayer was Tim Krusey, accountant extraordinaire who held my hand as he helped me undue 10 years of desolation, fear and misery. I had the awesome experience of taking a leap of faith with the Sentry Tax Group and they helped save me tens of thousands of dollars for which I am eternally grateful. To Rusty, Tim and their whole team, I thank each and every one of you.
Awesome service!!! This company really helped me with the IRS!!! I called them up when I had no more hope. I ended up talking with this guy named Jack and he really took me under his wing. I had his personal cell number (which by the way is usually unheard of, as companies will only pick up till 4:59PM) just in case I had to reach him for any questions and for peace of mind. I owed the IRS soo much money, I felt I was drowning and after dealing with this company everything became more of a smooth process then a daily migraine. They really put me at ease. I had previously dealt with another company that just wanted to suck all the money I had and gave me Nothing positive in return but just a horrific nightmare. I would recommend The Sentry Tax Group all day long!! They will Not suck every penny out of you. Very reasonable prices. Call them up as they Truly will help and make you feel like family!! Gosh..
