        Asked the Russian manager for a high lift color, wanting to put a bit of summer into my already naturally blonde hair. I specifically stated that I did not want bleach. She gave me a product I was not familiar with. I told her I'd used a certain wella color before but she insisted this would be better for what I wanted. She said she knew every product in the store and that was best. I put it on my head, thinking "this even smells like bleach, but I trust her...". It was bleach. Ruined my hair. I've spent so much just trying to fix what she did. Thanks for the blistered scalp and the horrible hair!
