Rick's Automotive

As the official Farmington area review team we can say that Rick's automotive needs to change their sign from "we fix it right the first time" to "you will have to bring it back a couple more times". We have had several reports from in and around the Farmington area of customer taking vehicles to Rick's and being unsatisfied with the work. Stating it's either worse then before, or that nothing was fixed at all yet they were still charger for it. I myself have called to do some customer service review on this business and found myself with a very rude unhelpful employee on the phone. I called to get a quote on a window repair and the woman was very rude and had absolutely no customer service, when I asked her what her name was so I could report to her supervisor she said "I don't have to give my damn name to anyone and you can take your vehicle somewhere else." After these finding I would give Rick's automotive a -1 on the star ratings. If you are in the Farmington area I suggest you find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

I called Your telephone service about Ten minutes ago for a quote and The Representative was rude and Hard of hearing, I kept repeating myself, It just looks and feels bad to do business right off, Just to let the company know :/

Rick has always been able to diagnose my problems and fix them for the quoted price. I also never have had to go back for the same problem-unless I caused it by doing stupid things!

Not happy at all! Paid for a simple repair, and the problem was worse after the "repairs"! Am having to wait again, as they "repair" again.
