        Overall

        Several friends & relatives warned me not to use this title company, now I know why! The paper work I paid $$$ for was not completed accurately, causing problems for the seller and buyer!! They are inept and will not return phone calls in the event there is a problem! I have used San Juan Title Co. with no problems in the past, they are very efficient & reliable. If anyone suggests using Guardian tell them absolutely not and run the other way!!

        Guardian Abstract & Title Company have a lot of experience and knowledge in the business. They are always attentive and they always call back. You have lots of questions when buying a home & they always take the time to answer the questions.
