I've gone through the buying experience with AutoMax twice now in the past 2-1/2 years. Both times I was pleasantly surprised. Their inventory is really impressive and the pricing was very aggressive. I still had to haggle a little but ultimately I got a great deal on nearly new vehicles. I do plan on using them in the future.

These guys were very professional and they were able to work with my wife and myself and our mediocre credit. We got the car we were looking for at a price much cheaper than there competitors, we had an issue with a boot and ball bearing and they were prompt about getting us a rental vehicle at no charge while they fixed our vehicle. It was within there 3 month 3,000 mile warranty at no extra cost and we haven't had a problem with it sense. Thank you for everything you guys have done and I would recommend AutoMax Truck and Car Center of Farmington N.M. to all my friends, family, and co-workers.

I got a vehicle from Automax 12 months ago. The exterior body of the vehicle was awesome. But, the starter on it sound awful; so I had it checked by their mechanic. The mechanic test drove it and said it was fine, but the starter noise was still there. He assured me it sounds like that because it's a bigger V6 and stupid me, I believed him. The sound continued and it just didn't seem right because the starter sound became louder; the vehicle was parked majority of the time I had it. I decided to take it back to the dealership, because I wanted to find out if they stood behind their vehicle, and I found out they didn't. They hid behind the protection plan which I also think is ridiculous because I have to pay a substantial amount for the deductible and the repair is less than the deductible if self-repaired. I strongly urge anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership that you check it out thoroughly. If you do find a problem with your vehicle after your purchased, be PERSISTENCE to get it fix right away.

I may feel differently tomorrow or on another day....but, TODAY, I am not a happy customer!Husband & I bought a vehicle approx. 2 months ago and had it serviced once, and just today it died and it will be serviced again tomorrow.At this point, I don't know what will happen next after this repair?No, NOT HAPPY AT ALL.Disappointed.
