i have been getting my hair done by Jill for 5+ years and shes just the sweetest. she really takes her time with you and makes sure your get what you want. i change my color and cut(short hair) all the time and my hair is still super healthy! she is the best!!!!!!

They claim to be board certified hair colorists...not so much. I came in with healthy virgin hair and they wrecked it beyond belief. The woman coloring my hair apparently does not know how hair color levels are determined, even after showing her numerous pictures of what I wanted. After asking for a natural light red color (about a level 7), I walked out with a medium-dark red-brown (a level 4) I tried to express that I was unhappy, but was repeated told, "No, it looks good on you!" Sorry, but it's my hair. I was too scared of what would become of my hair if I let them touch it again, so I just paid and left. Don't waste your money here if you want color. I dye my hair at home with color from a well-known beauty supply and get near perfect results. This is a prime example of an over-priced salon that cares more about money than it's customers.
