DANGER WORST ER I EVER SEEN ... GO TO BEUAMONT, PROVIDENCE, HENRY FORD.. OR GO TO CVS GET SUPPLIES TRY FIXING YOURSELF. IT LESS DANGEROUS...!!!

This pharmacy sucks!! Wait and wait in line to hear " sorry ur prescription that u dropped off a week ago was missed " not okay! The ladies that work there are rude and unprofessional!! Don't go there!!!!

Unfortunately I had to bring my mother to this hospital ER because of her blood sugar and heart disease problem. They were terrible no privacy and people standing around in the halls. Took forever to examine her, and I have never seen a suburban hospital that was so dirty. Do they even have a housekeeping department? Why hasn't the health dept. intervened? Anyway they made mother mad and I took her to Providence Park in Novi where I should've taken her in the first place. Much better service and not lazy and angry like this staff. Also mom got to see a real doctor- Dr. Hendies (I think that's how its spelled), he's an MD not a DO.

My family took my friend to this horrible hospital last Friday after she fell in her driveway while unleashing the dog. She fell on the concrete injured her head, lip,face, arm and leg. We took her to the ER and she had to stand in the hallway. She was asked personal questions in front of the other patients. There was NO privacy/ definitely NO observance of HIPPA here. She heard the diagnosis and problems of the other staff and they heard her problems also. Finally when she was called in they xray her leg and arm and DIDN'T ADDRESS OR XRAY HER HEAD. She kept telling them she had a headache so finally they gave her a pain shot, Tylenol 3 prescription and sent her home. All night she complained of severe headache couldn't even bend over without severe pain! We took her to another hospital and the doctor diagnosed a concussion he performed a ct scan. Why would a hospital send a patient with a head injury home without and xray of the head? And she is a nurse who works with patients who fall and have head injuries! She is totally appauled and shocked that this occurred. This is the worst hospital. We will tell everyone about this!

On July 28,2008 Botsford hospital killed my daughter and almost took my finances' life. She was born and there were no precautions nor any kind of measures taken. they just let her die. At the time my finance was not connected to any machines nor was her health taken into consideration. we went from hear fetitile tones of 155 and above to nothing in the matter of minutes. My baby came at 5 months. She came out kicked one time and cried another, but they still didn't consider her to be a child so they ruled her as never being ALIVE. What does it take in this country to be consider alive or even to be consider a child in that matter. Me and my family is suffering a great deal from this matter and would real appreicate your comments and concerns of this matter.
