        had two keys made, didn't, work, cost me $9.36. the owner would not refund my money or credit me 2 new keys. Been going there since 1978; will not return there again. It probably cost the skinflint two dollars or less to make but he would rather turn away a lifelong customer. there are plenty other lockshops in Fargo.
