I first came to know of Dr. Tobet through a friend who urged me to see him because the epidural was ineffective. In light of my options, I decided to give him a try. He looked at my MRI results and assured me he could help. He encouraged me with stories of people whom had been through the very same experiences I had and were pain free. He also was honest with me. He told me if he couldnä ¨elp he would let me know. H asked me to come in as many times as I could that week and I obliged. After every visit he reminded me that I needed to ice my neck as often as I could. I obliged. The whole time hoping and praying for a successful outcome.
X-Rays
Computed Tomography
X-ray is sometimes required to get a full evaluation of a patient. If you have had recent x-rays, CT scans or MRI’s done, please bring in a copy of those reports/films to assist the doctor in your treatment. Based on the patients HISTORY, SYMPTOMS and the EVALUATION RESULTS, the need for an X-RAY STUDY will be determined. If necessary, an X-RAY study will be recommended and a referral to an X-RAY Facility will be provided.

Sciatica
I began visiting a physical therapist several times a week between February and April of 2013, and her exercises help reduce the pain some, but not much. In any case, she never treated the underlying problem that caused my sciatica; she merely told me to stop visiting her once the pain was more bearable. I still had issues sitting down and standing up, sleeping, walking, etc. After the semester ended in May, 2013 I went on a two hour road trip with my family – the longest car ride I dared take since my injury in January. The car ride made my sciatica flare up so badly that I did not leave the house for three to four days following. At that point, my parents recommended I visit Dr. Tobet, who had treated both them and my sister in the past.
Pinched Nerve
It was my lucky day when I met Dr. Tobet. I had extreme pain in my hip, groin and leg and could hardly walk. I’ve had this condition for many years and was told by an orthopedic specialist I needed a hip replacement. Dr. Tobet sent me for X-rays and identified the problem. I had a pinched nerve in my lower vertebrae and dislocated pelvic bone. After a few treatments the pain lessened and I could walk normally and go up and down stairs without pain. The best news is I don’t need a hip replacement! I am continuing treatments with Dr. Tobet and am almost pain free. He is a miracle worker and the most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend Dr. Tobet.

The treatment that Dr. Tobet uses will vary from patient to patient, based upon a thorough understanding of the patient’s diagnosis. In addition to traditional and advanced chiropractic techniques, Dr. Tobet utilizes physiotherapy such as ultrasound when necessary. Dr. Tobet has a special interest in treating sports injuries and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems. Orthodics for foot problems are sometimes recommended.
