        I have been going to Focus Nutrition for 4 years now and I highly recommend Alexandra. I have gone to her for her weight loss program as well as hormonal imbalances. Whenever I am struggling with a health issue, her insight and recommendations have made huge differences. She goes beyond the symptoms and gets right to the cause and shows me how to correct it. I have seen nutrition play such a big role in my quality of life. I highly recommend her.
