        We are a family of five and Love InShape Dover. All it's options for fitness and open hours fits perfectly to our family. The staff are great too!!

        OMG..what an awesome group of people...I'm so glad I became a member at In-Shape/Dover in Fairfield, Ca...Everyone was up front with me regarding signing up as a member, getting connected with a trainer & the overall flow of the gym. A special shout-out to Kevin, Dillion, Angela, both Anthony's & David...Thank you for making me & my family feel welcomed. & for going far & beyond to assist me & my needs.....I'm so excited about my new life style change.Thank You so much & ..May God Blessings fall on In-Shape/Dover-Fairfield. -HAPPY CUSTOMER-
