The food was freaking awesome! And the price was right!

Hair. ... hairrrrrrrrr..... 3 times :(
Usually after the 1st hair (gag) I would ve never ate it again, but I tried a 2nd time in hopes it was just a 1 time thing. Nope.. the 3rd time I was just.... 9 months pregnant and needed something super close to authentic. They do have really good food... but dang they must not wear hair nets. You get 1 star.

so I ordered from this restaurant lastnight... and was very disappointed in my meal after it was delievered. I ordered Mexican TacoOne: $3.45/Two: $6.45/Three: $8.95

soft flour tortilla topped with lettuce, salsa and cheese. your choice of asada or chicken. they were great I got 2 and got it as a combo "beans.. the beans how ever were dry and over cooked with clumps and a slight burned taste to them and also ordered Fried Ice Cream

fried vanilla ice cream coated in cornflakes topped with shipped cream, honey and chocolate syrup.- wich turned out to be a medium sized ball of icecream rolled in corn flakes with watered down chocolate syrup not deep fried like advertised and also ordered a Bunuelos

fritters sprinkled with powdered sugar, cinnarmon and honey.- wich turned out to be over deep fried torilla shells with watered down honey that was so little I couldn't even hardly see it on there and thought it was just grease.the can of soda I ordered was hot and of course shoken up so when I opened it I got it all over myself. the whole order costed me 20. and some change this was the worst meal I have ever had in my life.i think from here on out I will keep ordering from that Mexican place in the mall parking lot by the gym on airport way.way better food better portions ad the food is as advertised. nothing worse then ordering out and seeing some thing good.but when you open it and see it your like wtf is this crazy SH*T.and the bad thing is I understand every one needs to make a buck. but locls will go where it is good.once a local has a bad experience they never go back wich means in the long run no repeated service from the local who eats out 5 times a week on a regular. and it wasn't authentic at all and this is coming from some one who lived on the border of mexico.where you do get authentic Mexican food daily.just horrible food just horrible.and now I have to give this horrible restaurant a star to post this bad review.so others will see the star and think wow this must be a great place to eat... and its not

Good food! Not fancy, clean, quick and cheap. lots of food, self serve pop etc.

the locals swamp the place at lunchtime because they know. No alcohol.

Not a fancy place, more a drive thru than a destination, but great authenic food good service and reasonable prices.

Taco King is a great place to eat while you are getting skates sharpened at Play It Again Sports (across the street). The king burrito & chili verde are favorites. Service is usually very fast. Try the pico gallo (at the condiment bar). Friendly service.
