King Alaska Cab

King cab saved me when my truck door wouldn't open fairbanks towing was dispatched by my insurance company Geico at 11:45 am estimated time of arrival was 1:13 pm by 4 pm they still never came.I called king cab within 30 of call in time to me back on the road was 30 mins thanks king cab for not leaving myself and kids stranded for 5 hours like tow comapny.Thanks Crystal and kids

Today I called King Cab for lockout service after I waited two and a half hours for lockout service from Greatland Taxi. They were here within 10min did the job and were courteous. I know who to call first next time. They are my competitor but I value people who do the job right. thank you

They really don't deserve any stars at all. The driver was nice, but dispatch was EXTREMELY rude. After asking for a ride home from work today, he told me he wouldn't guarantee a ride, but he said it in a very rude manner and then hung up on me! I was VERY disappointed.

she take money from you and than when told go back give u change. she yell at you cuss at you. theated to kill u with her gun.when all you said nicly next time for your customers you should have change not try spam them out money. why would she think that okay do to anyone let alone disabled preson? another bad experience I had was after my appointment I had wait over an hr.after I got told 20 minutes. the cab went to the wrong place. the. ditbach was rude. I not happy with service they provided now days and allowing druggies work for them.people who do illegal drugs shouldn't be drivers. bad customers service .....

I ues to take all time with no problem. now days you better go some where eles or they will kill you! !!! they carry gun but druggies could go crazy and shoot someone. if you theated someone you probably would hurt a customer .....

AMA called this cab company for us . We broke down and needed a cab from Northpole to Fairbanks . After waiting an hour for our cab that we were told would arrive in 1/2 hour I called the company . I was told in a very unpleasant way by the dispatcher the cab was out our way already and left a long time ago , the phone number AMA gave them did not work , which is completely their stupidity since the tow truck driver successfully managed to phone me on my cell ...he then said he was not sending another cab out and hung up . With a claimed "30 " years experience they could not locate an address , had terrible business mannerisms and could not dial a phone number . What an absolute useless company and employee , I feel terrible for the business owner paying this challenged individual

I was desperate on a Saturday night (after calling Arctic Taxi and waiting an hour). The cab driver showed up within 15 minutes of my phone call and was nothing but polite and prompt. (his name was CJ) Amazing service, I will be calling again.

They answered the phone very rudely, then hung up on me.

I've NEVER had a bad or even mediocre experience with this company. They have vans, SUVs, town cars and credit/debit card machines in some cars. Just request one. Today we needed a jump. They were there within less then 10 minutes & gave it four tries till we started. The driver would have kept going till we got a start. He saved our rears, and that says a lot for the company and it's choice of drivers. I will always recommend them. Also competitive prices.
