never shall she or anybody else we know or see visit this bowling alley! horrible people manners by the manager JUDY and as much as Lois tried she needed a personality facelift too! I truly cannot believe that these two women are grandmothers!
It must have been our smile and warm personality as we entered the new venue that made them so turned off. Whether it was the mouthing of what is the problem now - when there was an issue with our lane( only 2 by the way ) or the unfamilairity with customer service this bowling alley was awful. Our kids were happy to be together and we did our best to keep them safe but unfortunatley safe it was not. My child was terrified when a patron walked up to the register where my child was waiting and was scared off by him due to his abrupt and lude manner. WORST PLACE WE HAVE GONE FOR KIDS!!!!!!
