        Go somewhere else.



        When there is an issue with a car enterprise should take care of it - they own the car. The renter should not have to spend his day fixing their car.



        There was an issue with my car through no fault of my own. I gave them notice there was an issue, brought the car in, they said to come back tomorrow. Took it back still had no resolution for me and had no other car to swap it with. Now I've spent two hours waiting at a shop so they can repair the rental companies car. This is unacceptable.



        Rent from somewhere else- somewhere that not only values their customers but also their customers time.
