Walmart - Vision Center

My name is Annette and I had an appointment at the vision center on Saturday, April 9, 2022. When I walked in there was a young lady with the name Tammara Parker-Anderson assisting a a customer. I have a habit of observing the customer service skills of others while in any business establishment. Her attitude and attentiveness toward this customer was outstanding. There was an elderly man that she was helping and she was extremely patient with him. When she assisted me I was so grateful because not only did she show what excellence and professionalism is, she went above and beyond to assist me in choosing the perfect frames for my glasses. I complimented her on her customer service skills and while talking with her I found out that she is the manager. I wanted her to know that she made my day and I wanted others to know that she made my day as well. Thank you, Thank you and thank you again.
