I needed a "jump" to start my car today and called AAA. Tony M arrived about 1/2 hour earlier than I originally quoted, which was a very pleasant surprise. I know how busy Dick's Towing can be at times and your drivers are always within the time frame and come prepared to deal with whatever problem I'm having, but this was especially nice! Tony was wonderfully helpful and gave me a lot of information about my battery and how to avoid problems in the future. I had purchased the vehicle last March and Tony checked and saw that the battery was only a year old so it shouldn't give any more trouble if I followed his suggestions. I mentioned that I had problems several times with this vehicle and he decided that the battery definitely needed to be checked to see if it was in good shape. He had great tools to check the condition of the battery, and it came back showing that it needed to be replaced immediately!! He also had the right battery in his vehicle ready and waiting! After installing it he had me start the car and the difference was very apparent! It had never turned over so quickly so the battery had to have been on its' last legs when I bought the car. With winter coming up I'm very happy that Tony was concerned enough to check the condition of my battery; I had mentioned that I care for my 84 year old mother and he was aware of how disastrous it could be if the car failed to start when we were out, or if I needed it to get her to medical help!! Thank you for employing people like Tony, who truly care about the welfare of your customers! His visit today reminded me why I am a AAA member - they contract with Dick's Towing and I feel confident that I will be well taken care of by both companies!! Sincerely, Anita Hopkins

Driver "Mike" was running a tow without flashing lights, he started backing up with no warning, I honked, he got out of the truck, pounded on the hood of my car and then pounded on the drivers side window, scared my kid in the back seat, and then proceeded to yell that I'm in his way that as a tow truck he has every right, I explained that he didn't have any lights flashing that I was unaware that he was backing up that I couldn't back up as there were cars behind me, he yelled that he has every right that he will continue to back up and crush me and my kid if we didn't move, he went back to his truck and started backing up, me and the 3 cars behind me went around him at that point as we all would have been hit by a careless driver.I attempted to call the company and was told that they don't care, That they would send "mike" over to my house so that we can talk things out. I didn't want that man to know where I lived, he already tried to kill me and my son. so I said no put a manager on the phone, that's when "rusty" got rude and stated that if I wanted to file a report I would have to contact the police department first before they would even speak to me. . Very rude service and they shouldn't be in business if they threaten peoples lives.It took my kid hours before he fell asleep he was that scared, he probly won't go to school in the morning as it was terrifying for him.

3/5 I needed A tow called DICKS towing,the lady said within an hour ,well it was only about 40 min, when Pat S.,showed up ,and with in 10-15,was headed to Aaron Repair,Pat, was quick,and he knew what he was doing,again I would like to THANK PAT S, for do a great job,THANKS JOHN K .

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Todd from Dick's Towing in Everett!! My Prius would not start while I was attempting to exit the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry at Clinton!! Yikes!! What a stressful nightmare! Todd came ASAP, was calm, helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all, was able to get my car going and stayed with me (in the pouring rain) to make sure my car was truly safe to drive. Truly a lifesaver! Thanks so much, Todd!

I surrendered my car to them after it was stolen and stripped; I couldn't afford the repairs and letting it sit there accruing fees wasn't going to make it any easier. I was under the impression that surrendering the vehicle would balance out with the towing costs but was very mistaken. Not only did I give up my vehicle but then owed $275 for the initial tow from where it was recovered. REALLY?! I owe them money for a theft recovery and giving them my vehicle! Then when I was getting my personal belongings out of the car their driver was standing there the whole time on his phone seeing what my car was worth! He couldn't even wait until I left before he's picking over it and sizing it up to line his own pockets. What a bunch of vultures preying on other peoples' misfortunes. I can't believe there's a business that turns a profit from taking peoples property and returning it back to them.

What a clean professional company! Patrick from Dick's Towing came and moved a car for us. It had to be put deep inside of the garage. The care and expert driving/towing Patrick did was very impressive! You won't be sorry! I will always call this company!
